Fee Policy & Payment Guidelines

Payment Deadline

Fees are due within 10 days of the start of each quarter. A late fee of ₹10 per day applies after the due date.

Hostel Fees Are Additional

All hostel charges are billed separately and are over and above the school term fees shown in the table above.

No Direct Admission in Class X & XII

The school does not offer direct admissions into Class 10 or Class 12.

Transport Available

School transport is available at additional charges. A minimum commitment of 10 months is required.

When are fees due each quarter?
Fees for each quarter are due within 10 days from the start of that quarter. For example, Q1 fees (April–June) must be paid by 10 April. A late payment charge of ₹10 per day applies beyond the due date.
Are hostel fees included in the school fee table?
No. The school fee table covers tuition and academic session charges only. Hostel fees are billed separately on an annual basis and are in addition to the quarterly school fees.
What payment methods does the school accept?
Dunes Academy accepts Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS), UPI, QR code scan, and direct bank deposit. Please mention your child's full name in the payment remarks to ensure the payment is correctly attributed.
Is there a one-time admission fee for new students?
Yes. New students are required to pay a one-time Admission Fee of ₹3,000 at the time of joining. This is separate from the quarterly school fee and is non-recurring.
Can my child take transport to school?
Yes, school transport is available at additional charges. A minimum commitment of 10 months is required. Contact the Accounts department for current transport fee details.
Can I get admission directly in Class 10 or Class 12?
No. Dunes Academy does not offer direct admission into Class 10 or Class 12. Admissions are open for Nursery through Class 9 and Class 11. Please contact the admissions team for current vacancy information.
