Quarterly Payment Schedule

Fees follow a consistent quarterly cycle throughout the academic session: Q1 April–June, Q2 July–September, Q3 October–December, Q4 January–March. Each quarter’s payment is due within 10 days of the quarter’s start. Planning around this cycle in advance helps families avoid late fees and keeps the process simple every term.

Payment Information

Multiple payment methods are accepted: Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS), UPI, QR code scan, or direct bank deposit. Always mention your child’s full name in the payment remarks so it can be correctly attributed. School transport is available at additional charges, with a minimum ten-month commitment. For current bank account details and transport charges, please contact the Accounts department directly — these are not published online for privacy and accuracy reasons.

Dunes Academy does not offer direct admission into Class X or Class XII, so no separate fee category applies there. All fee obligations begin once a seat is formally confirmed through the standard admission process described on our Admission Process & Eligibility page.

We publish these figures openly because we believe families deserve to plan with confidence. There are no hidden registration charges, no surprise activity levies buried in fine print — the quarterly amount shown above, plus the one-time admission fee for new students, is what a family can expect to budget for tuition.

Scholarships at Dunes Academy

We believe financial considerations should never be a barrier to a quality education. Our scholarship programme identifies and supports students who show genuine academic potential, leadership, or sporting excellence — awarded transparently, on merit and documented achievement, not on connections or chance.

Scholarship categories, criteria and concessions
ScholarshipClassesMinimum CriteriaConcession
Academic ExcellenceI – XII85%+ in last annual exam / admission testUp to 25%
Sports TalentIV – XIIDistrict / State / National sports representationUp to 20%
Merit-cum-NeedI – XII75%+ marks plus family income declarationUp to 50%

Concession percentages apply to tuition fees only; registration and other charges remain standard. Only one scholarship — the highest applicable concession — is awarded per student per session; categories are not combined or stacked. All scholarships are reviewed annually, and students must maintain the required performance or standing to continue receiving support in the following year.

To apply, submit the standard admission registration first — scholarship consideration begins only after a valid application is received. Then collect the Scholarship Application Form from the Admissions Office (or request it via WhatsApp) with supporting documents: latest mark sheets, school Transfer Certificate, sports or activity certificates where relevant, income proof for the Merit-cum-Need category, a teacher recommendation letter, and two passport photographs. Academic scholarship scores are evaluated during the written assessment and Principal’s interaction; sports and need-based applications go through a separate sub-committee. Scholarship decisions are typically communicated together with the offer letter, within 15 working days of the assessment, and every applicant receives a written response regardless of outcome.
