Our Commitment
As a residential school entrusted with the care of children from Nursery to Class XII, Dunes Academy is committed to providing a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for every student, both on campus and in our boarding facilities. The safety and welfare of every child is our foremost responsibility.
Staff Screening & Training
All staff, including teaching, non-teaching, and residential care personnel, are engaged through a screening process before appointment, and are expected to undergo periodic orientation on child safety and appropriate conduct around students.
Supervision
Students in our residential facilities are supervised by designated wardens and care staff at all times, with structured routines for study, recreation, and rest, and clear reporting lines between hostel staff and school management.
Zero-Tolerance Statement
Dunes Academy has zero tolerance for any form of abuse, neglect, or harm to a child, whether by staff, other students, or visitors. Any credible concern is treated with the utmost seriousness and addressed promptly in accordance with applicable law, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.
Reporting a Concern
Parents, guardians, students, or staff who have a child-safety concern are encouraged to report it to the School’s designated Grievance Redressal Committee without delay, via our Contact Us page or WhatsApp. All reports are treated confidentially and acted upon promptly.
