Purpose
This Fee Policy sets out the general principles governing fee payment at Dunes Academy. For current fee amounts, please see our Fees & Scholarships page.
Payment Schedule
School fees are payable in instalments across the academic session, according to the schedule communicated by the School at the start of each session. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring fees are paid by the due dates communicated to them.
Late Payment
Fees not paid by the due date may attract a late-payment charge, as communicated in the School’s current fee circular, and continued non-payment may affect a student’s attendance or participation in School activities until dues are cleared, in line with the School’s standard practice.
Mid-Session Withdrawal
A student withdrawing during an academic session remains liable for fees up to the date of withdrawal, as recorded in writing with the School administration. Any applicable refund of fees paid in advance is governed by the School’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
