At Dunes Academy, we strive to provide quality education and services. We understand that there might be circumstances where refunds or returns are necessary. Below is our policy regarding refunds and returns for student fees and other miscellaneous fees such as transport, mess, hostel, and tuition:

1. General Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund: Students or parents may request a refund for fees paid if they decide to withdraw from the school or discontinue the services. Refunds will be processed if the request is made within 15 days from the date of payment.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees, such as admission fees, application fees, and any other non-refundable charges, are not eligible for a refund.

2. Tuition Fees

  • Refund Request: To be eligible for a refund of tuition fees, the request must be made within 15 days of the payment date.
  • Refund Calculation: If a refund is approved, it will be calculated based on the proportion of the remaining term, minus any administrative charges as applicable.

3. Transport Fees

  • Refund Request: Transport fees may be refunded if the request is made within 15 days of the payment date.
  • Refund Calculation: Refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the transport service, minus any administrative fees.

4. Mess Fees

  • Refund Request: Mess fees will be refunded if the request is made within 15 days of the payment date.
  • Refund Calculation: The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining days or portion of the mess service, minus any administrative charges.

5. Hostel Fees

  • Refund Request: Hostel fees may be refunded if the request is made within 15 days of the payment date.
  • Refund Calculation: The refund will be based on the unused portion of the hostel stay, minus any administrative fees.

6. Procedure for Refund Request

  • Submission: Refund requests should be submitted in writing to the school administration. The request should include the reason for the refund and relevant payment details.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date the request is received.
