Children have a natural desire to learn, and this curiosity has to be met. The school boasts a state-of-the-art library on campus stocked to the brim with books, and it also receives over 15 Indian and international publications and magazines.

The library at Dunes Academy is designed to be a conducive space for learning and research. It is equipped with a computerised database, allowing students to easily locate the books they need. This environment is ideal for students to develop their information sourcing skills and integrate library use into their regular educational routine.
Students can check out one book at a time during library periods, but not during class time. A book can be borrowed for a week, with the possibility of extending for another week. However, highly requested books are only available for three days. Dictionaries are not issued for take-home, and reference materials are only available during school hours.
Yes, there’s an overdue fine of Rs. 2 per day. If a book is lost or damaged, the student is responsible for the full replacement cost. Additionally, no markings of any kind are allowed on book pages, and breaking this rule may result in penalties.
The library is a quiet zone where talking is prohibited. Students are not allowed to bring personal belongings, including books and bags, into the library. However, notebooks can be brought in with prior permission from the librarian. Books should not be shared among students, ensuring a focused and respectful learning environment.
