Tuition Fees: This is the primary expense and represents the cost of enrollment in various academic programmes.

Tuition fees can vary widely based on factors like the level of study (day school, boarding school, subjects taken by students, etc.), type of programme, and the prestige and location of the institution.

Notes

  • When sending money by WIRE / NEFT / RTGS / ECS, please be sure to provide the student’s full name.
  • Please confirm your payment and send it by email or fax to the school.

  • Every year, during the first week of February, preschools and kindergartens begin accepting applications for the next school year.
  • The availability of seats in subsequent classes determines who gets admitted.
  • No exceptions will be made to this policy. The school will not guarantee admission to anybody on a waiting list.
  • The entrance cost is due in full upon entry and is not transferable or refundable under any circumstances.
  • In addition to the application fee, there is a refundable security deposit required at the time of admission.
  • The annual tuition covers all 12 months of schooling.

Installments

The cost of fees may be split into four equal payments. Earlier than the 7th of each month.

 

First installment

During admission (April, may, and june)

July (July, august, and september)

Third installment

October (October, November and December)

Fourth  installment

January (January–February–March)

 

Importance notice:

If your payments are late, you could be charged a late fee of Rs. 10 per day. The school’s management will sometimes distribute announcements on this. The official school logbook contains the fee schedule.

Documents for submission at the time of admission

  • Photocopy of Health Card
  • One Passport size photo of both the parents and student (Mother, Father, and child)
  • Photocopy of the original certificate of School leaving certificate
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

If a parent wishes to withdraw their child from school, a withdrawal form must be received from the school administration and completed in its whole before the student may be dismissed.

It is required that ‘No dues’ be received from all relevant offices before any paperwork, such as transcripts, may be provided.

Prepaid fees are non-refundable. Any refunds owed would be distributed fairly.

Transport

Additional Charges will be applicable

  • Transportation to and from school is provided by a fleet of buses.
  • The transportation charge commitment period is a minimum of 10 months. The costs are divided in half and charged every three months.

Important notice:

  • No money will be returned if the bus service is canceled.
  • There will be no refunds for the Transportation Fee.
  • You will be charged Rs.10 each day to your bill if you are late with payment.
  • It is first-come, first-served for the shuttle service.
