Frequently asked questions
Office, accompanied with a payment of registration fee. This fee is non-refundable. Registration does not guarantee admission. The Application Form may also be filled online and the Registration Fee be deposited Registration: Registration is open for Class Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG. The completed Application Form may be deposited with the Admissions similarly. Parents/ guardians may check the School website, www.dunesacademy.com, for details. Children, who are registered, will appear for a written assessment in February / March each year.
School fees can be paid in four installments Before 7th day of the Month.
- 1st Installment 5th During Admission (April–May–June).
- 2nd Installment 5th July (July–August–September).
- 3rd Installment 5th October (October–November–December).
- 4th Installment 5th January (January–February–March).
1. Health Card (photocopy)
2. One Passport size photo of each Mother, Father and student
3. School leaving certificate (original)
4. Birth Certificate (photocopy)
In case the parent wishes to withdraw his / her child, the withdrawal form needs to be duly filled in, which is available in the school office. Transcripts and other relevant documents will be provided only on receipt of ‘No dues’ from all the concerned departments. Fees once paid is non refundable. In case of any refund applicable, it will be refunded on pro-rata basis.
• The school has a fleet of buses plying on different routes.
• Transportation charges are charged for 10 months.
• Fees are paid in two installments and is charged on a pro-rata basis. In case of withdrawal / cancellation of bus facility, the amount paid is non-refundable.
• Transportation Fee is non-refundable.
• On late payment, a fine of Rs. per day will be applicable.
• Transportation is available on a first come first serve basis.
