Interaction with the Principal.
Interaction with the Principal: After the written assessment, there will be a meeting of the parents and child with the Principal and the Admissions Committee.
Read the Prospectus.
A Letter of Admission Admission-related will be issued thereafter to selected candidates. For all documentation and submission of Fee, you are advised to read the Prospectus.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
In case the parent wishes to withdraw his / her child, the withdrawal form needs to be duly filled in, which is available in the school office.
First Installment.During Admission: (April–May–June).
Second Installment.July: (July–August–September).
Third Installment.October: (October–November–December).
Fourth Installment.January: (January–February–March).
School fees can be paid in four instalments Before 7th day of the Month. In case instalments are not paid on time, a fine per day is charged. The school office sends circulars from time to time in this regard. The fee schedule is clearly mentioned in the school diary.
Some Important Details of Dunes Academy.
Office accompanied by a payment of Rs. 300 as Registration Fee. This fee is non-refundable. Registration does not guarantee admission. The Application Form must be filled online with all the detials and documents with photographs of students and parents: Registration is open for Class Nursery, L.KG and U.KG. The completed Application Form may be deposited with the Admissions similarly. Parents/ guardians may check this website, for details. Children, who are registered, will appear for a written assessment in February / March each year.
Documents for submission.
At the time of admission, please submit Health Card (photocopy), One Passport size photo of each Mother, Father and student, School-leaving certificate (original), and Birth Certificate (photocopy).
The school has a fleet of buses plying on different routes. Transportation charges are charged for 10 months. Fees are paid in four instalments and is charged on a pro rata basis. In case of withdrawal / cancellation of bus facility, the amount paid is non-refundable
We make sure that the students are provided premium services, in every other way, especially our hostel facilities. The hostels are well-furnished with comfortable beds, wardrobes and durable study desks with a neat and clean ambiance and a homelike environment.
Library & Media.
Our school has a well stocked Library with books they are recreational and educational in nature. Our Multi-media room has latest audio-video aids to help kids to watch and listen to educative, interactive programs that compliment their classroom learning process.
Smart & Spacious classrooms.
Every classroom at our school is spacious, bright, ventilated and furnished with imported furniture’s that are ergonomically designed confirming to the standards specified for kids to develop the right posture and comfortably sit on for many days of their schooling.
Health Checkup of Students.
Our school has a doctor on the panel, which periodically screens every student for diseases, assesses every student for risk of future medical problems and educates and encourages them about healthy lifestyle. The doctor is available to provide medical care and support to the school students as and when necessary.
