Admission Process

Office, accompanied with a payment of Rs. 200 as Registration Fee. This fee is non-refundable. Registration does not guarantee admission. The Application Form may also be filled online and the Registration Fee is deposited Registration: Registration is open for Class Nursery, L.KG, and U.KG. The completed Application Form may be deposited with the Admissions similarly. Parents/ guardians may check the School website, www.dunesacademy.com, for details. Children, who are registered, will appear for a written assessment in February / March each year.

Interaction with the Principal: After the written assessment, there will be a meeting of the parents and child with the Principal and the Admissions Committee.

A Letter of Admission Admission-related will be issued thereafter to selected candidates. For all documentation and submission of Fees, you are advised to read the Prospectus.

  • Kindly mention the student’s name while transferring fees by WIRE /NEFT/RTGS/ECS
  • Kindly submit proof of payment to the school by email or fax.

  • Admissions for the new academic year for Nursery to U.KG, open in the first week of February each year.
  • Admissions to other classes depend on vacancies available.
  • Registration fee is nonrefundable. In case of a waiting list, the school does not commit to a confirmed admission.
  • Admission fee is to be paid in full at the time of admission and is nonrefundable.
  • Security deposit is also payable at the time of admission and is refundable on withdrawal of admission.
  • School fee is charged for 12 months of the year.

School fees can be paid in four installments Before the 7th day of the Month.

1st Installment 5th During Admission (April–May–June).
2nd Installment 5th July (July–August–September).
3rd Installment 5th October (October–November–December).
4th Installment 5th January (January–February–March).

In case installments are not paid on time, a fine of Rs. 10 per day is charged. The school office sends circulars from time to time in this regard. The fee schedule is clearly mentioned in the school diary.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In case the parent wishes to withdraw his / her child, the withdrawal form needs to be duly filled in, which is available in the school office. Transcripts and other relevant documents will be provided only on receipt of ‘No dues’ from all the concerned departments. Fees once paid are non-refundable. In case of any refund is applicable, it will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

School Transport - Additional Charges will be applicable

  • The school has a fleet of buses plying on different routes.
  • Transportation charges are charged for 10 months. Fees are paid in two installments and are charged on a pro-rata basis. In case of withdrawal/cancellation of the bus facility, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • Transportation Fee is non-refundable.
  • On late payment, a fine of Rs. per day will be applicable.
  • Transportation is available on a first come first serve basis.
